Least Trainable Qualities
- Courage – aspects of courage that can be trained in the way confidence based on skills can be, but also have the qualities such as temperament, moral courage, fearlessness of death, determination under extreme stress — the last of which is almost impossible to produce. Many of these skills come from an ingrained psychology, personal values, instincts, and not just being taught externally.
- Liveliness – Liveliness means being full of energetic and enthusiastic personality. It is hard to teach because it comes naturally from a person’s personality and inner feelings rather than from training. That’s the reason it comes under the least trainable quality.
- Self Confidence – Self-confidence is a least trainable quality comes under the least trainable category, but deep, unwavering confidence is harder to teach. It often comes from a person’s natural temperament, life experiences, and it comes inner the mindset rather than the external.
- Sense of Responsibility: – A sense of responsibility can be developed through guidance and experience, but the deep, intrinsic drive to take ownership of actions and duties is harder to teach. It often comes from personal values, upbringing, and innate character.
- Integrity – Integrity, or staying honest and true to strong moral principles, is one of the least trainable qualities. While people can learn right from wrong, true integrity comes from deep personal values, character, and inner beliefs rather than just external teaching. Among the least trainable qualities in OLQ is creativity.
